Living Smart & Well: Tonight 7 PM ET
Getting Ready for Summer!
Join me tonight on the Living Smart & Well Show, NEW time and NEW day!
Living Smart and Well shows you how to skip past distractions and focus on what really matters. Are you mentally and physically ready for summer or are you wishing for the long summer days of yesteryear.
Boomer women aren’t you ready to experience that joy and exuberance again. You can you know. Be sure to listen tonight at 7 PM ET for tips on getting physically and mentally ready to have the summer of your life!
How do I get from here to there?
Am I in the place I want to be in my life at this time?
What can I do to open myself to possibilities?
What can I do to see opportunities instead of challenges?
Who do I have to be to see the things I desire manifest in my life?
What do I have to do to become that person?
How do I silence that negative voice that stops me?
For many of us beginning a New Year can put us into a tailspin of doubt, questioning and can even lead to depression. We look at all the things we said we would do the previous year and discover that only a small percentage was accomplished. Do not be dismayed; rejoice in the fact that you did accomplish something!
Stop beating yourself up and begin anew with the dawning of the New Year and a New Decade. Know that you are capable of setting intentions and achieving them with a plan and action. For each intention you set, make it a goal and write out a plan. All of this becomes moot if you do not ACT on it. Action is the key to accomplishment.
I’m not discounting the spiritual or metaphysical part of the process. I’m just saying that inspired action is required to manifest your intentions.
Day 45 of 45 Day Challenge: Faith
Wishing you a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!
Yesterday having a blue moon was all the rage. Several blogs, emails and social media talked about it. Many who had never paid attention to the blue moons before took notice. Could it be that we ARE changing our consciousness and striving towards a different understanding of whom we are and why we’re here? This 45 Day Challenge has been intended to provoke thought, change attitudes, change behavior and empower you to start and stay on your quest.
Setting intentions, resolutions and goals for the New Year is an excellent way to continue your journey. Writing them down helps to keep you focused. The most important part to all of this is to have faith in what you’re doing. “Faith is the substance of the thing hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Faith in who you are, faith in who you are becoming, faith in your dreams and faith that only good comes to you.
When things look dark and dreary and it seems that there’s no way out, really focus on your faith. Be open to accepting and receiving from people and places you knew not of. Sometimes the good comes in a not so good looking package!
Thank you for joining me on this 45 Day Challenge. I appreciate you and wish for you ALL the best. Even though the challenge ends today, this does not end my postings. I look forward to continuing to be a part of your life as you are mine.
Day 45 Believe in all our heart that we are here for a reason; that we have the power of choice and that with faith all things are possible.
