I love your take on time! And I agree that it is an illusion. In my case, time can stretch out endlessly when I’m on the treadmill but fly by like a supersonic jet plane when I’m enjoying myself with friends.

People tell us to “live in the moment.” But, for me, when I’m thoroughly engaged, happy, and following my bliss, the moments turn into flow of joy and energy. I’m not sure if I’m “living in them” or gliding through them on a wave of joy!

We do have the ability to choose. That’s probably one of the most valuable lessons we learn along this journey called life and perhaps, the one that we most easily forget. Whenever I veer off into something that might be good, but not best, i tend to beat myself up too long before I realize . . . I can make a different choice! It’s starting to take less time than it used to

If it doesn’t work, it’s not positive thinking. Positive thinking always works because you are in alignment with the frequency of God-Mind, Infinite Mind. There are no doubts with positive thinking when you’ve aligned with the truth. If you don’t believe – it’s not positive thinking.

I haven’t read his book but I know what I know, I know.
