Change is constant for boomer women

No matter where you are in life or what you going through, it will change.  Whether you’re experiencing the height of joy or the pit of despair or anything in between; it will change.  Boomer women the beauty of it all is that you can choose to change at any given moment.

You can continue to create joy moment to moment or allow it to be fleeting and dissipate.  The same is with despair, you can continue to create despair or moment by moment create joy until you’re singing.  Realizing that you have the power to choose empowers you to hold and focus on your vision for the lifestyle you desire.  This propels you to continue to create your life.
