Creating and maintaining a lifestyle committed to exercise is not always easy. As I experienced this morning when it was 49 and very dark at 7 AM. After convincing myself to be true to my goal and intention of being healthy, I bundled up, ran to the car and went to my yoga class.
I’m really glad that I did! The class was awesome and I enjoyed feeling like I was accomplishing something. On the way from class all I could think about was “Boy, I’m really getting into cougarlicious shape!”
